No. Modern phones can usually open a compatible NFC link or QR code using built-in phone features.
Most modern iPhones and Android phones support NFC. LSTech tests programmed devices on compatible iPhone and Android devices before handover.
The phone opens an LSTech redirect link. When the device is active, that server-side link resolves to the business's configured official Google review destination.
Yes. The NFC chip stores a public LSTech redirect URL, not the Google destination itself. An authorised LSTech administrator can update the configured destination without reprogramming the tag.
No. It stores only a public LSTech redirect URL such as https://lstechservices.com/r/AB7K2M. It never stores database credentials, API keys, admin credentials, or customer private information.
Basic tap or scan measurement requires the LSTech redirect backend to be enabled. Where tracking is required, each physical NFC or QR device should use its own LSTech link because a web request alone cannot reliably infer the physical source.
No. We only make it easier for customers to reach the business's review page. Customers decide whether and what to write.
Yes. QR can be used on its own or alongside NFC, including in printable assets. It should contain the same type of LSTech redirect URL, never the final Google destination directly.
